What Are We Raising Money For?

This fun yet important annual event raises money for the ESCA Scholarship Fund and the Vernon Twp SCA Student Enrichment Fund.

Must be 18+ to enter the event & Must be 21+ with ID to participate in a draw raffle containing any alcoholic beverage.

Where Do We Get The Prizes?

Our organization is able to offer these awards only through the combined efforts of our business community, townspeople, and all the school district’s SCA organizations, as well as the generous support of individual donors and gifts from businesses and corporations. We are asking you to help contribute to the success of our Tricky Tray with a Gift Certificate/Gift Item, Gift Basket, Monetary Donation or Sponsorship of Event. Sponsorship information is below.

If donating an item or gift basket we kindly ask that these items be new and unused (think unused gifts from holidays or new items in your yard sale pile). Your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law and a solicitation letter with Tax ID can be provided upon request. We have listed several ways to donate below and we thank you in advance for all your support!

PARENTS/GUARDIANS/FACULTY? SUPPORT YOUR SCHOOL with a Basket, Gift Item, Gift Certificate or Monetary Donation: Each school will be reaching out to parents and guardians seeking donations for our ESCA Tricky Tray. Please drop off items at ANY of the Vernon Public Schools’ Main Office (marked ESCA Tricky Tray) or Drop Off to our Event Chairperson, Michelle Williams at Pochuck Valley Farms or email [email protected] or Co-Chair, Anna Moers at [email protected]. Contributions will be collected through April 1, 2025. ONLINE MONETARY DONATIONS CAN BE MADE HERE!

BUSINESS OR COMMUNITY MEMBER? DONATE A PRIZE/BASKET OR SPONSOR OUR EVENT: Are you a local business owner or member of the community who would like to donate? Baskets, Gift Items, Gift Certificates or Monetary Donations are accepted. DONATE WICKER BASKETS: No need for new, can be gently used. Baskets can be dropped off with Michelle Williams at Pochuck Valley Farm Market & Deli 962 McAfee Glenwood Rd, Glenwood during business hours.

VOLUNTEER! Email Anna Moers, Tricky Tray co-chair, at [email protected] and let us know you want to help and we will let you know where help is needed or let us know if you have something specific in mind. We will need help with our Decor Committee, Basket Wrapping, and Day of the Event Help! Children are welcome at some of our shifts.

DONATE DESSERTS! Donate Baked Goods or Pre-Packaged Desserts (Cookies, Brownies, Single Serve Pies, Cupcakes, Rice Krispies, Candy, etc) for our Event. Drop off items to any school or Michelle Williams at Pochuck Valley Farms on 4/4.

SPONSOR THE EVENT: Event Sponsorship is available. Have Your Name or Business Name/Logo displayed on our Website, in our Social Media Marketing, at our Event and in our Event Program showing your support of our efforts.
