The Vernon Township Executive School & Community Association (ESCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is comprised of Five SCA Groups, one for EACH of the Vernon Township Public Schools:
The purpose of the Vernon SCA is to support, enrich, and enhance the functions of the Vernon Township School District, through each of the public schools, in fulfilling its mission in the community which is to provide a comprehensive, well rounded education to the children it serves.

The Vernon Twp Executive School & Community Association (ESCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is facilitating a 3 Month Calendar Raffle Fundraiser to raise funds for the 2024-2025 school year student enrichment and activities fund.
There’s a Winner EVERY Weekday for 3 Months Winning Tickets Re-Entered In Drawing! $10 Per Ticket
This fun yet important annual event raises money for the ESCA Scholarship Fund. This fund awards scholarships to approximately 20 graduating seniors of Vernon Township High School who will be continuing their education. Aligning with the ideals of ESCA, the awards are made on the submission of essays depicting the student’s service and its impact to family, local or greater community. HOW CAN YOU HELP?
The Vernon ESCA, in collaboration with the Vernon Twp School District, hosted our annual Senior Citizen Appreciation Event on March 6, 2024. This fantastic night out is a free event, for the senior members of our community, to show our appreciation. It is an annual tradition that many look forward to. Our organization is able to offer free events like this only through the combined efforts of our business community, townspeople, and all the school district’s SCA organizations, as well as the generous support of individual donors and gifts from businesses and corporations.
The Giving Tree is an SCA program where we accept donations for local Vernon families who could use a little help around the holidays. We ask our community for donations, no matter how big or small, to help make the season a little brighter for our neighbors.

Congratulations to the 18 Vernon Twp High School Students who received $17,000 combined from the 2024 Vernon Twp ESCA Senior Scholarships!
The ESCA would like to SEND A HUGE THANK YOU to each of the Families, Individuals, Businesses, Sponsors, Volunteers, Board Members, and our Vernon Twp Schools for supporting our 2024 ESCA Lucky Night Out Senior Scholarship Tricky Tray which raises all of the funds that go towards these scholarships! We could not have done it without your support!

The Vernon Township Executive School & Community Association (ESCA) helped Fundraise for the annual VTSD ARTSTANDING EVENT that took place at Lounsberry Hollow Middle School on May 17, 2024.
Free events like this are only possible through the combined efforts and generous support of our school community, townspeople, local businesses and corporations and each of the school district’s SCA organizations.

1. To coordinate efforts of the Individual Vernon Township School and Community Association.
2. To gain a better understanding of the operations, programs, and activities of the Vernon Township School District and, in turn to assist in informing and communicating this information to the general public.
3. To bring in closer relation the home and school, that parents, teachers and administration may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.
4. To unite educators and general public in the common goals which will afford every child in the district the opportunity to develop mentally, physically, socially and morally.
